Economic Vitality Committee
Economic Vitality focuses on capital, incentives, and other economic and financial tools to assist new and existing businesses, catalyze property development, and create a supportive environment for entrepreneurs and innovators that drive local economies. Its goal is to strengthen existing assets within the Main Street district while diversifying its economic base by providing a balanced commercial mix and attracting new businesses that the market can support.
Economic Vitality is responsible for Market Research, Business Assistance, Financial Assistance, and Property Development.

Design Committee
Design is to enhance Main Street district’s physical and visual assets that bring it a unique character. This also means getting the district into top physical shape, creating a safe, inviting atmosphere, and directing attention to all physical elements.
Design is responsible for Public Spaces, Building Improvements, Design Education, and Enforcement.

Organization involves creating a foundation for the revitalization effort by cultivating partnerships, community involvement, and resources for the district. This takes working with the various groups that have a stake in the Main Street district even though those groups may not have an obvious interest.
Organization is responsible for Volunteer Development, Communications/Public Relations and Fundraising.

Promotion Committee
Promotion positions the downtown or commercial district as the center of the community and hub of economic activity, while crating a positive image that showcases a community’s unique characteristics. It also needs to rekindle community pride while improving consumer and investor confidence in the Main Street district.
Promotion is responsible for Marketing Strategy, Image Development, Retail Promotions, and Special Events.
